WHAT TO EXPECT
The Marathon is a combination of road and multi terrain trails. Please be made aware that a reasonable degree of fitness is required to attempt this event due to the often high temperatures & humidity.
What to Wear:
Good Cross Country Footwear
Appropriate Clothing, Sunscreen & Hat
Although drink stands are every 3.5km it is recommended to take a Back Hydration Pack.
Conditions of Entry:
Masters Category - Entrants 50yrs and above on event day
Junior Category—Entrants 16 yrs and under on event day ( 5km Dash only)
Children under 12yrs accompanied by adult
Participants in the Half & Full Marathon are encouraged to attend the CARB Night information and safety brief the evening before event day.

Before you register your team, please make sure you have the following information ready for each entrant: full name, date of birth, email address, shirt size
